But aside from that, we also think that she can open up her own food business because of her talent. She doesn’t like the idea of opening up a business but my dad always encourages her to push through. She ad a little background in cooking industry before she even married my dad so there’s no way she’s not going to make it.

We have a little capital for that and we know a good source for the stainless steel drums that we will use to stock and restock the foods. At this point in time, I can imagine my mom in the kitchen, me at the counter helping her and my dad and my brother serving the customers the most delighted dishes that a true chef like my mom could ever make.  It is so free to dream..:)
